Our Classes

Level 1 - Beginner

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow is a 60 minute beginner level class during which the student will be taken through a series of poses that combine strength, flexibility, and balance to ensure a total body workout. Hatha Flow is beneficial for rehabilitating previous injuries and strengthening the body to help prevent future injuries. Yogis of all levels are welcomed to experience Hatha Flow. No experience needed!

Hot Hatha

Hot Hatha is done in a room with a temperature between 100-104 F. Hot Hatha is a 60 minute beginner level Hot Yoga class during which the student will be taken through a series of poses that combine strength, flexibility, and balance to ensure a total body workout. Like Hatha Flow, Hot Hatha is beneficial for rehabilitating previous injuries and strengthening the body to help prevent future injuries. Taking it slow and listening to your body, while drinking plenty of water, before, during, and after this 60 minute class will ensure a safe, fun, and successful Hot Yoga experience! Yogis of all levels are welcomed to experience Hot Hatha. No experience needed!

Level 2 - Intermediate

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a 60 minute intermediate level class that combines Pranyama (breath), Asana (postures) at a quicker pace, and music, all in one. This flowing Vinyasa class concentrates on muscle strength and flexibility, while calming and centering the mind, body, and spirit. Previous yoga experience is recommended for this upbeat, flow class.

Hot Yasa

Hot Yasa is done in a room with a temperature between 100-104 F. Like Vinyasa Flow, this intermediate, 60-minute class combines Pranyama (breath), Asana (postures), at a quicker pace, and music, all in one. Hot Yasa will concentrate on muscle strength and flexibility while calming and centering the mind, body, and spirit. It is highly recommended to drink water before, during and after Hot Yasa. Taking it slow and listening to your body will ensure a safe, fun, and successful Hot Yoga class. Previous Experience in Hot Yoga is recommended for this upbeat, Hot Yasa flow class.

Iron Yasa

Iron Yasa is a 45 minute class that incorporates yoga and weight lifting as one. This class is targeted towards combining the Vinyasa Flow with Hatha poses to challenge the mind and the body. With the room between 90-95 Degrees, you are sure to get a sweat on during Iron Yasa. The class will also have upbeat music playing to keep the vibe alive during the workout. Yoga experience is needed for this class!

Lunch Hour Yoga

This class is a shortened 40 minute class during the lunch hour. The classes will still feature all of your favorite poses from the other classes, but you don't have to miss work! Follow the descriptions of the other classes to be sure you are experienced for these shortened classes.

Men's Yoga

Come try men's yoga on Monday nights! This class is geared toward men of any kind. We work on stretching every part of the body and becoming more aware of where your body is at from the start of class to the end of class. Whether you're a seasoned yogi, or brand new, we encourage you try the men's class to get comfortable with your practice. There is even a free beer included after class! Hope to see you there!
